We want you to love your wool garments as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your merino wool staples find a permanent home in your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the garment is in its original condition with tags still attached.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
